Do you offer consultation for products that are right for me?
Yes, I absolutely do! Contact me info@shophairbycristina.ca, and I'll provide a free E-consult and provide you with recommendation or customize a personal beauty regime for you. 
The product I am looking for is out of stock.  How long until it comes back in stock?
Products usually turn around within a week or so.  If a specific product your looking for out of stock for a long time you can contact me at info@shophairbycristina.ca and I will look into it for you.
Where do you ship? Are my packages tracked?
At the moment, we ship to Canada, United States and most of Europe. Small Packet Air in the United States and Small Packet International Air in Europe are both not tracked.  Contact me if there is request to ship else where.
Do you offer free shipping?

What are your shipping and delivery timeframes?
Products are typically shipped within 48-72 hours of order receipt. Orders are shipped via Canada Post.  If you require expedited delivery, please contact me. 
Do you offer local pickup?
YES!  Check local pickup box upon checkout at NO COST.
Do products come in different sizes?
If the product is available in different sizes, you will have the ability to select the size of your preference in a drop down menu. Product descriptions also indicate all the available sizes for that product.
I can't find the product I want to purchase?
Please contact me at info@shophairbycristina.ca and let me know what product you're looking for. I will do my best to locate the product or offer comparable alternatives that will give you the results you are looking for.
Do you have a return or exchange policy?
We will happily exchange (or apply credit) on any full size, regular priced product within 14 days of receiving goods. All Sale items, hot tools, travel size products, lashes, combs and brushes are final sale.  All products sent for exchange must be at least 3/4 full to be eligible for exchange. 
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes I do! E gift cards are available for your gifting needs.
